Return Policy

NO REFUNDS ON ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS
(cosmetic, theatrical and custom lenses unopened or opened with or without prescriptions)

Our lenses are for theatrical purposes only.

We only replace defective lenses that need to be replaced.

You have 10 days from shipment arrival date to request a replacement for your defective lenses.

If you think the product is defected you may return in which we will determine if the item is defective for a replacement.

Once we receive and inspect the lenses, we will send out a replacement within 2 business days.

If you are unsure and or have any questions, you may contact us and we will get back to you quickly.
 
If by chance your lenses were returned back to us by the shipping carrier for not being claimed or unable to deliver to your address. You will have to pay for the shipping fee again so that we may make another attempt to deliver.
 
If you choose not have your order redelivered and would like a refund then we will charge you a 15% cancellation fee minus the shipping.

We are strict with this policy to protect ourselves from scams.
